CRUISE & PAYMENT INFORMATION AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

CRUISE RESERVATION INFORMATION

 

At the time of your deposit, you were provided with a confirmation email that included your cabin number, reservation ID, total cruise fare, remaining balance and any other additions to your reservation. 

 

If not already applied, the following can still be added to your reservation:

ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

Additional payments can be made between now and final payment date of October 24th.  Reach out to me and we’ll schedule the time to process.

 

 

FINAL PAYMENT / Due October 24, 2025

Final payment will be made directly through Dream Destinations by Jeanie and can be paid via the following methods:

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

 

Please carefully read the following document requirements from RCCL’s website:  Travel Documents & Requirements | Royal Caribbean Cruises

 

Key Points:

  • Passports must not expire within 6 months after our sail date.

  • Names must match.

  • Do not pack your travel documents.  Carry them with you for registration at the port.

  • Guests who do not have required documents may be denied boarding.

MOBILITY / SPECIALITY NEEDS

MOBILITY / SPECIALITY NEEDS

 

For those cruisers that need assistance with mobility and/or special dietary needs, I will work with you to get you registered with the ship.  There will be a survey form that will need to be completed but I will be reaching out separately to start this process.

 

RCCL indicates that you can bring your own scooter, wheelchair or assistive device.  They indicated that corridors could accommodate 180 degree turns.  Most decks are accessible through automatic doors and all public rooms feature entrances with gradual inclines.

 

Assistive devices including mobility scooters must be stored and recharged in your stateroom so fire doors, corridors and elevator lobbies are kept clear for emergency evacuation. When parked throughout the ship, they must be parked out of the way to allow safe and easy access by other guests and crewmembers.

Assistive devices should fit through a standard stateroom entry doorway which is at least 23 inches wide. ADA staterooms have wider doors which are at least 32 inches wide and may accommodate larger devices.

 

Wheelchair for Embarkation and Disembarkation Only

Wheelchair access can be requested for both embarkation and disembarkation.  I can request on your behalf with the survey form mentioned above.

ACCESS YOUR CRUISE INFORMATION

 

You will want to set up an account on Royal Caribbean’s website and download their phone application.

 

*User Name and Password will be the same on both the website and phone app.

 

Once you have set up your account, you can add your cruise by entering your last name, birthdate and your Reservation ID.

 

After your reservation is added, you can go to “Plan My Cruise” to take a look at excursions, drink packages, WIFI packages, etc.  On board activities, shows and other entertainment will be added approximately 30 – 60 days prior to sailing.

 

Check In (including selecting boarding time) will be available 12/25/2025.

AIRPORTS / AIRPORT TRANSFERS, HOTEL AND PARKING

There are (2) airports in the Houston area which will both offer a RCCL transfer for both embarkation and disembarkation. 

 

Hobby is the smaller of the (2) airports and only has several carriers that it services including Southwest Airlines.  Intercontinental is the international airport and will have the majority of airlines available.

William P Hobby (HOU)

Approximately 45 miles from the cruise port with a driving time of approximately 50 mins.

RCCL Transfer **

Pick Up (day of embarkation):  Arrival at HOU by 12:00pm $40.00

Drop Off (day of disembarkation):  Departure from HOU by 12:00pm $40.00

**RCCL transfers can be added to your cruise fare.

 

George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

Approximately 67 miles from the cruise port with a driving time of approximately 1hr 20 mins.

RCCL Transfer **

Pick Up (day of embarkation):  Arrival at IAH by 11:00am $45.00

Drop Off (day of disembarkation):  Departure from IAH by 12:30pm $45.00

**RCCL transfers can be added to your cruise fare.

 

 

HOTEL

 

We have a block of rooms in Galveston for the night of February 7th at the Homewood Suites.  Both King and (2) Queen suites are available.  The hotel is approximately 1.3 miles from the cruise terminal.

PARKING

 

There are multiple options for parking if you are driving to Galveston. 

 

Many of the hotels on Galveston Island will provide a parking option and shuttle to the cruise port.
