DINING

As a group, we will be joining the traditional, main seating dining at 7:30pm.  Traditional dining means we will all dine in the same dining room and at the same tables each night.  Be sure and provide the names of who you would like to be dining with and please indicate the size table that is preferred (2, 4, 6, 8 or 10).

Important:  We will be working with RCCL on all dining arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate table assignments as requested.

Please note that this dining time was chosen due to us being in each port later.  We did not want any of our cruisers to have to choose between staying port and dinner.

MOBILITY / SPECIALITY NEEDS

MOBILITY / SPECIALITY NEEDS

For those cruisers that need assistance with special needs (mobility, diet, medication, etc.),  I will work with you to get you registered with our ship.

If you prefer, you can use RCCL’s link to self request your special needs through this link:  Guest Special Needs | Royal Caribbean Cruises.  Please let me know once you’ve completed and what services were requested.  I will then ensure that it is registered and noted on your reservation.

I am also available to assist with the request process.  The following Special Needs form will need to be completed and returned to me at mytoesgo@gmail.com.  I’ll submit it on your behalf and ensure that it is registered and noted on your reservation.

Please click on the following link for form:  Special Needs Form

RCCL indicates that you can bring your own scooter, wheelchair or assistive device.  They indicated that corridors could accommodate 180 degree turns.  Most decks are accessible through automatic doors and all public rooms feature entrances with gradual inclines.

Assistive devices including mobility scooters must be stored and recharged in your stateroom so fire doors, corridors and elevator lobbies are kept clear for emergency evacuation. When parked throughout the ship, they must be parked out of the way to allow safe and easy access by other guests and crewmembers.

Assistive devices should fit through a standard stateroom entry doorway which is at least 23 inches wide. ADA staterooms have wider doors which are at least 32 inches wide and may accommodate larger devices.

Wheelchair for Embarkation and Disembarkation Only

Wheelchair access can be requested for both embarkation and disembarkation.  You can use the self assist link or I can request on your behalf as mentioned above.

Wheelchair / Scooter Rentals

Below is the rental company recommended by RCCL.  The reservation process is fairly easy but I can assist as needed.
